Most ladies know how tricky it can be to find the perfect jeans. Once you’ve found your denim soul mate, they become one of those items you return to again and again! Elizabeth of Delightfully Tacky knew she found hers with the high-waisted Fly-Rise Jeans. I love the way she has remixed them here for any season!

I get crazy excited when my favorite style blog shows an outfit I myself wore last week
One of my favorite things to do around this time of year is decorate eggs! This super cute DIY post from Design Sponge has added a few new twists to this seasonal treat that I am totally stoked to try. Do you have any nifty DIY traditions?

Today I taught Anna how to make her own pasta and we went a little bananas making variations. We made about eight types of pasta but here are my favorites:
1. Basil Pappardelle: Mixed basil into the already-dough until it was pretty well mixed throughout
2. Nutmeg/Cinnamon Fettucine: Mixed these two spices into the dough as well (typically you would mix powders in with the flour before you add the egg to it, but we didn’t think about it until after). I don’t advocate eating the uncooked dough because there’s raw egg and it’s not super safe, but we added nutmeg and cinnamon until there was a strong taste in it.
3. Cayenne/Carrot Fettucine: I mixed fresh carrot juice into the egg before i added the flour, and then added the cayenne after. I worked it into the dough until it started to smell like cayenne.
4. Spinach Pappardelle: This is pasta I made last week with the pureed spinach. It came out so pretty, but I definitely want to remake it with the spinach juice.
Bonus: There was a lot of leftover carrot pulp so I read online you can bake it into carrot chips. Hmmmmm……
I’m working on something with this pasta and graphic design. Something delicious. Stay tuned.
