So, my absolute favorite thing right now is Thug Kitchen. I read an interview somewhere where they said that they aim to make healthy eating entertaining, educational, and for everyone. From their website: “Hopefully, it will get readers thinking about what kind of additional behaviors they attribute to people who try to eat healthy.”
Sure, the language is vulgar, but the meaning is real. I’ll be honest, thinking about “plant nachos” made eating salad a lot more fun for me. They include recipes on their site, which are also written in a way that’s funny but also easy to understand.Other favorites include: Drink Water, Hamburger Helper, and Nature’s Butter.
I love it. I love it. Here’s to healthy eating.
